Today I launched {G2}: generative_graphics_portal. I started this website due to my personal interest in Generative Graphics.

Ever since I came across processing, I got exposed to the beautiful world of generative graphics. I also started figuring out the possibilities of creating generative graphics using Flash.

This resulted in a search for resources on the web to help me gain some knowledge into this subject and figured out that there is wealth of information and resources on the web but no central place where everything is documented. I also found that there were limited places where one could go and discuss this subject.

{G2} is a result of these realisations and hope it will help create a community for designers and developers interested in generative graphics.

Found this great network to share bookmarks.

del.icio.us is a social bookmarks manager. It allows you to easily add sites you like to your personal collection of links, to categorize those sites with keywords, and to share your collection not only between your own browsers and machines, but also with others.

What makes del.icio.us a social system is its ability to let you see the links that others have collected, as well as showing you who else has bookmarked a specific site. You can also view the links collected by others, and subscribe to the links of people whose lists you find interesting.

Here is my del.icio.us

The beauty of this site is the navigation. After a long time I could find an interesting and deconstructive navigation system.

Too bad its done in Java, but surely an interesting exploration for Flash lovers as well.

There is a certain amount of complexity in the navigation (which is surely intended and I am fine with it), but overall a great experience for a person like me who believes in minimalism.
