Someone on Chattifig posted a link to a CHM file called Flash Professional 8 beta2 document

It was a Flash 8 documentation in a CHM format. (I have removed the link from this blog)

Was this from the beta software? From the email thread that followed this posting on Chattyfig, it surely looked like one from the Beta tester.

If so, then this guy is surely violating the NDA agreement with MM and Beta testers.

I think MM can sue this guy..... right?
